This December, an outpost of culinary theme park Eataly will become the resort’s front door, beckoning guests inside with wood-fired pizza, housemade gelato, and fresh pastries. Park MGM’s grand entrance from the Las Vegas Strip doesn’t entice visitors with turquoise canals or erupting fountains.
